食管气管联合导管在急救与复苏治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To observe the application results of esophageal-tracheal combined canal in the emergency and resuscitation. Methods 156 cases of respiratory and cardiac arrest from July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into two groups according to the type of catheter, 64 cases in esophageal-tracheal combined canal(ETC) group, 92 cases in normal intubation group, the intubation time, intubation success rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The intubation time of 56 cases in ETC group were ≤90s, and 54 cases in normal intubation group were ≤90s, there was a significant difference between two groups(x2=15.06,P < 0.05) groups;The once successful rate of ETC group was 93.8%, significantly higher than 67.4% of the normal intubation group, there was a significant difference between two groups(x2=15.39,P<0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions of ETC group was 6.3%,significantly lower than 17.4%of the normal intubation group, there was a significant difference between two groups(x2=4.19,P<0.05). Conclusion Esophageal-tracheal combined canal in the emergency and resuscitation has satisfactory results, and has clinic advantage of safe,effective,efficient,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
