摘要
Abstract
objective To evaluate the effectiveness of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition applied on patient undergoing gastric tumor operation,so as to provide references for clinical practice and study. Methods The following databases including The Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and CMCC were searched on computer, and other searches were also performed to collect all relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition applied on patient undergoing gastric tumor operation. Results Total-ly 6 studies containing 426 subjects were enrolled. Meta analysis showed that the average time of exhausting by anus of enteral nutrition was lower than the group of parenteral nutrition [OR=-2.69,95%CI (-3.45,-2.13)], Aver-age time of defecation, total protein, x-protein, hemoglobin and hospital stays had no Heterogeneity (P>0.05, I2=0%). Conclusion The average time of exhausting in Enteral nutrition was lower than parenteral nutrition on patient undergoing gastric tumor operation, and enteral nutrition accord with the body’s metabolism of gener-al rule, is the reasonable and effective nutritional support treatment, and patients postoperative recover faster.关键词
