中西医结合治疗手外伤41例

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treat-ment of hand injury. Methods Total 41 cases with hands injury, either operated with infection in acute stage or not operated, were treated with Qufusan, Shengjisan and Shengjigao combined with antibiotics,antioncotic and osteotomy performation. Results The healing time of 41 patients was from 9 to 68 days, the average healing time being 29 days. Conclusion Age, time of visiting hospital, bone exposure and osteotomy have been shown to affect the healing time.关键词
