摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate relationship of the generation and development of prostate cancer through detecting Claudin-3 expression of prostate cancer. Methods Tissue microarray technology were used to be built the lattice containing 64 patients with prostate cancer tissue and 39 patients with benign prostatic hy-perplasia tissue were arranaged for paraffin microarray and immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Claudin-3 expression in the chip, the relationship between prostate cancer with Gleason score and the clinical stage was analyzed. Results In 64 patients with prostate cancer, Claudin-3 positive expression rate was 60.94% (39/64), compared with in those with benign prostatic hyperplasia 17.95%(7/39), there was significant difference, Claudin-3 expression in prostate cancer was significantly related to Gleason score and clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of Claudin-3 is closely related to generation and development of prostate cancer.关键词
