Abstract
Objective:To investigate the MSCT finding of adrenal benign neurogenic tumors ,in order to improve the understand-ing of such lesions .Methods :The MSCT finding of 20 cases with adrenal benign neurogenic tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed ,which included 12 cases of pheochromocytoma ,4 cases of ganglioneuroma ,3 cases of neurofibroma ,1 cases of neurolemmoma .Results:12 cases of pheochromocytoma were round and regular margin ;6 cases with cystic change ,enhanced scan were significantly enhancement ;4 cases of ganglioneuroma were irregular ,embedding and homoge-neous density ,mild enhancement ;3 cases of neurofibroma were regular margin and delayed enhancement ;1 case of neurolem-moma was marked enhancement .Conclusion:There are some characteristics in adrenal benign neurogenic tumors with MSCT scanning ,and dynamic enhanced scan is very helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis .关键词
