Abstract
Objective:To detect the applicable applicable vale of multislice CT and postprocessing techniques in diagnosis of na-sal fracture .Methods :264 patients with nasal trauma performed multislice CT scanning ,all data were postprocessed with MPR (multiplanar reformation) ,MIP (maximum intensity) ,VR (volume rendering) .Results:251cases were nasal fracture ,including simple fracture without significant dislocation in 60 cases ,simple fracture with significant dislocation in 24 cases ,and comminu-ted fracture in 123 cases .On axis position ,11 cases of normal structure were misdiagnosed as fracture ,including 6 cases of nasal aperture ,2 cases of sutural bone ,one case of nasal mutation (hook-shaped nose) ,and 2 cases of the inner pressure trace of na-sal .Conclusion:Multislice CT and postprocessing techniques can show the nasal bone fracture clearly .关键词
