板翘解毒颗粒质量标准研究
Studies on the Quality Standards of Banqiaojiedu Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the the quality standards of banqiaojiedu granules . Methods: The thin layer chro-matography ( TLC ) method was used in the qualitative identification of fructus forsythiae , radix isatidis and rhizoma anemarrhenae . The content of phillyrin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) . Results:Fructus forsythiae, radix isatidis and rhizoma anemarrhenae could be identified by TLC. A good linear relationship was showed at the range of 0 . 10 ~ 4 . 00 μg for phillyrin determination . The average recovery was 99 . 84%, with RSD of 2 . 22% ( n = 6 ) . Conclusion: This method is simple and specific , and could be used for quality control of banqiaojiedu granules .关键词
