摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the adverse drug reactions of montelukast sodium so as to provide a reference for the rational drug use in clinical practice . Methods: To collect and analyze the ADR cases of montelukast sodium from domestic literatures issued during 1997 - 2012 . Results: The clinical manifestations of 16 reported ADR cases included immune system reactions ( 4 cases ) , nervous system reactions ( 5 cases ) , digesting system reactions ( 2 cases ) , hemopoietic system reactions ( 1 case ) and mental disorders ( 4 cases ) . Conclusion: Montelukast sodium should be used rationally and attention be paid to the prevention of ADR .关键词
