碘普罗胺注射液致严重过敏性休克1例
One Case of Severe Anaphylactic Shock Caused by Iopromide Injection

摘要
Abstract
A 53-year-old woman with liver cirrhosis was given iopromide injection by i.v. before the enhancement CT scan of liver. Seven minutes after the injection, her chest tightness, and shortness of breath happened and then she went into coma. Through the treatment with fluid replacement,electrolyte supplement and antiallergic drug and observing in the ICU, the patient restored the consciousness. The report serves as a reminder that attention should be paid to the adverse reactions in the clinical use of such drugs.关键词
