Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in perioperative period of cesarean section in our hospital . Methods: Through retrospective survey the application of antibacterial drugs in 100 cases of cesarean section in perioperative period during Jan . to Dec . of 2011 in our hospital were studied statistically and the rationality of medication was analyzed . Results: The rate of prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in 100 cases around caesarean operation was 100 . 00%. There were 55 cases ( 55%) with unreasonable medication treatment courses , 5 cases ( 5%) of unreasonable antibacterial drugs selection , 2 cases ( 2%) of unreasonable drug combination , 5 cases ( 5%) of replacement of drugs without the support of drug sensitive test . Conclusion: There were still a lot of problems in the preventive application of antibacterial drugs for cesarean operation in our hospital , and the supervision and management should be further strengthened .关键词
