Determination of Paeoniflorin in Fufang Chishao Granula by HPLC
目的:建立测定复方赤芍颗粒中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用 Waters Symmetry Shield-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温为室温。结果芍药苷在0.266~5.32μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.00%,RSD=2.22%。结论该方法操作简便,快速易行,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于测定复方赤…查看全部>>
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Fufang Chishao Granula. Methods The separation was performed on a Waters C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-water (30∶70) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.266-5.32 μg, and the average recovery was 98.00%, RSD=2.22%.
