半夏-夏枯草配伍对葫芦巴碱、尿嘧啶、腺苷煎出量的影响
Effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma Combined with Prunellae Spica in Different Ratios on Decoction Yield of Trigonelline, Uracil and Adenosine

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma combined with Prunellae Spica in different ratios on the decoction yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine, and to investigate the disciplines of various compatibilities. Methods HPLC was used to determine the decoction yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine with different ratios of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Prunellae Spica. The influence of various compatibilities on the decoction yield of three components was analyzed. Results Combined with Prunellae Spica, the uracil and adenosine were increased in the decoction yield with Pinelliae Rhizoma, while the decotion yield of trigonelline was decreased. Conclusion The dectotion yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine were affected by the different ratios of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Prunellae Spica. The suitable compatibility need more research.关键词
