超滤和醇沉纯化当归补血口服液对比研究
Comparative Study on Ethanol Precipitation and Ultrafiltration of Danggui Buxue Oral Liquid
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the purification process of Danggui Buxue oral liquid by comparative study. Methods HPLC method and phenol-sulfuric acid method were used to determine astragaloside and total polysaccharides. The feasibility of alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration were evaluated with clarify of purified samples and the retention rate of astragaloside and total polysaccharides as indexes. Results Ultrafiltration is superior to alcohol precipitation on retention rate of astragaloside and total polysaccharides, and clarity in purification process for Danggui Buxue oral liquid Conclusion The retention rate of effective components and clarity was higher, and the quality of samples was better by ultrafiltration.关键词
