摘要
Abstract
Stroke is associated with inlfammation. With the onset getting younger and younger in recent years, to find and identify predisposing factors of stroke, thus becomes a hot spot for targeted prevention. The occurrence of stroke is affected by many other environmental and genetic factors. And it is closely related to the inlfammatory response. As tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a pro-inlfammatory factor, its gene polymorphism and the relationship between the incidences of cerebrovascular disease cause attentions. We review progress in research on the recent TNF gene polymorphism on the relationship with cerebrovascular disease in order to provide important clues in predicting cerebrovascular disease risk, diagnosing and making individualized treatment.关键词
