先天性小耳畸形耳廓再造术后的多样化修整方法
Fine Tuning after Auricle Reconstruction in Microtia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of additional adjustments after auricle reconstruction in microtia. Methods Adjustments were applied to reconstructed ears, including reconstruction of tragus, crus of helix, cymba conchae, deepening of conchal cavity, and elevation the auricular framework. Auricular frameworks adjustment included correction of position and direction. Other adjustment included removal of hair follicles. Results From August 2012 to July 2013, 343 patients with re-constructed ears received above mentioned adjustments and 96 patients were followed for 1 to 9 months. Reconstructed auri-cles retained improved esthetic effects and patients were satisfied. Fine tuning of reconstructed ears may involve multiple as-pects which can be easily administered. Methods can be selected based the actual condition of reconstructed ears for im-proved symmetry and cosmetic effects.关键词
