摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of APE/Ref-1 in cochlear following cochlear ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Twenty four healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely, the sham operation control group and the ischemia reperfusion group .There were 12 rats in each group. The expression of APE/Ref-1 in cochlea was measured immunohistochemistry and western blot . Results In the ischemia reperfusion group, the content of APE/Ref-1 was increased significantly compared with those in the control group. In the normal SD rats, APE/Ref-1 was highly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of spiral ganglion cells and also distributed in the area of spiral ligament and stria vascularis. In the ischemia reperfusion group, The expression of APE/Ref-1 in cochlea was increased significantly in cochlear. Coclusion APE/Ref-1 was highly expressed in the spiral ganglion cells. And it was also observed the content of APE/Ref-1 was in-creased significantly In the ischemia reperfusion group. These results suggests that APE/Ref-1 is closely involved in the oxi-dative stress of ischemia reperfusion injury in the cochlear.关键词
