船舶冷藏集装箱内部温度分布的模拟与优化

Abstract
In this paper , through numerical analysis methods , CFD modeling and numerical analysis of the 20-foot refrigerated containers , by using the bypass regulation , both ends of the return air and the rational use of inside temperature gradient , optimize the analysis the internal temperature of the refrigerated container distribution through simulation, we can conclude that the bypass regulation without increasing the unit load the case , but can get the greatest air velocity , so that the inside temperature distribution is more uniform rational; Downflow manner at both ends of the return air can be significantly improved temperature distribution , the overall temperature difference can be controlled no more than 1.5K, also can improve the efficiency of the unit; Analysis of simulation the relationship between the average temperature changes and the direction of the refrigerated container , can be divided according to the refrigeration temperatures and temperature fluctuations inside the area , in order to achieve the purpose of ration-al use of the internal temperature of refrigerated containers and space.关键词
