Abstract
The effective and fair allocation model of digital resources was studied by establishing the acquisition performance assessment system and mechanism.The optimal allocation program of digital resources was proposed according to the digital resource performance assessment in Library of Mudanjiang Medical College for the reference of academic library in its scientific allocation of digital resources.关键词
