Abstract
Ideas to establish the system for assessing the technical performance of librarians were proposed by using team cooperation model, establishing communication feedback system, keeping abreast of important dynamic informa-tion about scientific projects , enforcing construction of key subjects , characteristic databases and resources , accord-ing to the insufficient librarians and funds, few exchange and training opportunities.The new information service model in small-sized libraries was discussed, including active service, professional service, participation service and innovative service.关键词
