Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic splenectomy (LS). Methods The clinical data of laparoscopic splenectomy (LS)in the treatment of idiopathic throm-bocytopenic purpura in 9 cases,congenital hemolytic anemia in 2 cases,primary spleen cell lym-phoma in 1 case from June 2010 to January 2012 in navy general hospital was retrospectively ana-lyzed.Results Ten cases of the LS were successful,2 cases by open operation.Removal of the spleen time was 60-140 min with an average of 95 min.Average intraoperative bleeding amount was from 50 to 380 mL,with awerage of 160 mL.Within 24 h after surgery for gastric bowel peristalsis the next day diet and ambulation restored,the hospital stay time was 4-14 days with an average of 8 days.Postoperative follow-up by 6-48 months,the patients recovered well.Conclusion Laparo-scopic splenectomy is safe,effective and feasible for chinical usage.关键词
