Abstract
By using real-time and historic data provided by HighSoon real-time database and in accordance with the order form of orderly power utilization, the decision-making support system for orderly utilization is developed, which integrates real-time monitoring with intelligent analysis and screening as well as correct recording. After the system is put into operation, power rationing becomes more rapid, rational and effective.关键词
