摘要

Abstract

There exist poor economical efficiency of operation and frequency regulation in former design of two 600 MW supercritical steam turbines made by Dongfang Turbine Co. , Ltd. On the basis of a series of tests, the sequence valve mode of two steam turbines is retrofitted by adopting different valve sequences and a new sliding pressure curve is determined. The test comparing the situation before and after the retrofit shows that the steam distribution adopting sequence valve can significantly reduce coal consumption of units and en-hance response ability of load dynamic of units; in case valve-behind nozzles opposite to the third opening regulating valve are reduced, the economical efficiency of sequence valve operation is better.
