Abstract
The new-type austenitic stainless steel Super304H and HR3C have been used in the high-tempera-ture section of the heating surface for domestic ultra supercritical boilers. The outer surface of the heating sur-face is usually cleaned by fire water during shutdown of the units. In order to test whether the Cl-of fire water can cause stress corrosion of the new-type steel welded joints. Through batches of etch test under simulating similar conditions, the sample has been analyzed by using macroscopic examination, surface penetration, metallographic detection, electron microscope scanning and etc. It is not found that higher concentration Cl-solution can cause the corrosion of Super304H or HR3C welded joints. It provides a strong test basis that the furnace internal cleaning by fire water is feasible for ultra supercritical boilers.关键词
