摘要
Abstract
The multiobjective short-term scheduling optimization of hydrothermal power systems is in confor-mity with the policy orientation of energy-saving and pollution reduction. In the meantime of considering the goals like maximum of generation benefit of cascaded hydropower plants, generation cost minimum of thermal power units and minimum water consumption for power generation of cascaded hydropower plant, the paper takes optimization goal of minimum carbon dioxide emission into account. Aiming at the difficulty in weighting of objective function in short-term optimized operation and dispatching, the paper proposes an approach based on overall coordination satisfaction of objective function, which improves algorithm performance via adoption of natural selection mechanism and asynchronized learning factor. A hydrothermal power system composed of five cascaded hydropower stations and four thermal power units is taken as an example for calculation. The optimized simulation calculation proves that the optimized dispatching model and solution algorithm are feasi-ble and applicable.关键词
