Abstract
Earlier this year, Huzhou Power Supply Company had a large inventory of materials for distribution network and supplied in low turnover efficiency. By streamlining material specifications , material requirements and consumption statistics historical data and applying analytical methods and calculation methods , the paper analyzes the law of materials use. In the implementation process , the paper works out a set of distribution network materials reserve quota management approach. Results show these mechanisms can reduce overall in-ventory levels and improve turnover efficiency.关键词
