Abstract
With the application of electric energy information acquisition system and the promotion of "cen-tralized meter reading and charging", meter reading efficiency is significantly raised and the charge collection margin is increased. However, the workload of electricity charges review is increased sharply, which restricts the work efficiency and quality. A multi-dimensional intelligent system for electricity charge review is pro-posed, which adjusts the work mode, improves functions of marketing system, expands the intension and ex-tension of electric charge review and establishes the work system of "three stresses , three preventions and three guarantees" before, in the middle of and after electric charge calculation. Application effect of the sys-tem is verified in charge calculation practice of Shaoxing Power Supply Company.关键词
