摘要
Abstract
Popper's scientific philosophy plays a transitional role in the evolution of the western scientific socialist ideo-logical trend.In his early philosophy, Popper holds the thought of empiricism.However, Popper shifted his ideas from empirical to rational criticism , and opened a new situation of western philosophy .Popper's ideas including“science be-gins with the problem”,“falsificationism”,“guess and refute”, are instructive not only in philosophy of science itself , but also for law and other social science research has implications .Attaching great importance to the problems and situa-tion, falsificationism, guess and rebut criticism ,all of these methods have broad use in the study of law .关键词
