摘要
Abstract
The establishment of index system for a powerful province of marine economy is significant for the development of marine economy. Adhere to the principles of the combination of systematism and hierarchy, reality and guidance, quantitative and qualitative, this paper divides the index system into four levels:the target layer, the domain layer, element layer, and index layer. And then it designs an index system around six fields about marine natural resources, economic benefit, ecological benefits, science and technology, culture and education, as well as marine society. Finally, the article proposed the construction of a powerful province of marine economy.关键词
