Abstract
It is significant and convenient for local universities and colleges to construct intangible cultural heritage database with their human and social resources. Hence, school leaders should give their great attention to and put certain manpower, money and materials into the construction of intangible cultural heritage database. While the libraries should take practical steps to conduct such specific constructing process as creating, enriching and improving the document database based on the situation of local intangible cultural heritage. Similarly, with its advantages and broad channels, Guangdong Ocean University should build and enrich its own intangible cultural heritage database on the Yuexi--refers to the west of Guangdong province--as soon as possible to promote the development of the humanities and social sciences of our university.关键词
