Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on dysphagia in elderly patients with stroke .Methods:90 patients with dysphagia aged over 60 after stroke were treated by acu-puncture and rehabilitation training .Before and after treatment the result was evaluated by Watian drinking wa-ter test, dysphagia severity grading and swallowing ability evaluation method .Results:After 30 times of treat-ment evaluation ,Watian drinking water test , dysphagia severity grading and swallowing ability were significantly improved(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously alleviate dysphagia in elderly patients with stroke .关键词
