针灸治疗术后胃瘫综合征22例的临床观察
Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postsurgical Gastro-paresis Syndrome:Clinical Observation of 22 Cases

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy brought by acupuncture for treating postsurgical gas -tro-paresis syndrome .Methods:A randomized , controlled trial was conducted by 22 patients with postsurgical gastro-paresis syndrome and they were classified into two groups .Patients in ITCWM group ( n=11 ) were treated by acupuncture combined with routine treatment of western medicine while the patients in the pure WM group ( n=11 ) were treated by western medicine treatment only .Seven days was a course of treatment .Then observe the therapeutic efficacy .Result s:The total effective rate of patients in ITCWM group was 90.91%, while the pure WM group was 45 .45%.The ITCWM group gained an advantage over the pure WM group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy brought by acupuncture combined with routine treatment is superi -or to the pure western medicine for treating postsurgical gastro -paresis syndrome .关键词
