Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture , cupping and TDP power light irradiation on lumbo-crural pain and compare the efficacy .Methods:88 cases of lumbar and leg pain patients were randomly divided into a treatmeat group and a control group with 44 cases in each group .The control group was with simple acu-puncture treatment , and the treatment group was treated by electroacupuncture plus TDP irradiation combined with cupping therapy .Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ,and VAS score in patients after treatment was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group .The data had a statistically significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Electro-acu-puncture plus cupping combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of low back pain has an ideally effective rate and better security ,which is suitable for clinical application .关键词
