针刺配合正天丸治疗颈椎病型头痛的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture with Zhengtian pill in the treatment of cer-vicogenic headache .Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases by random digits table .The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Zhengtian pill ,while the control group just received Zhengtian pill as the only treatment medicine .Compare the score of VAS , and judge clinical effects on changes of the index number of pain according to the Nimodipine method.All the results went through statistical analysis .Results:The treatment group was more effective than control group and the two groups'scores of VAS had significant differences after the treatment (P<0.05).Two groups'scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine theory had significant differences after the treatment ( P<0.05 );After the treatment , the total effective rates between treatment group and control group were 96 .7%and 76.7%respectively; with respect to statistical analysis, there were still significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture with Zhengtian pills in the treatment of cervicogenic headache has a good efficacy in clinic and this therapy is much better than orally taking Zhengtian pills .关键词
