Influence of Scalp Cluster Acupuncture Combined with Enriched Environmental Stimulation on Synaptic Ultrastructure and EGFmRNA in Newborn Rats with Hypoxic-ischemic Brain Damage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combined with enriched environmental stimulation on synaptic ultrastructure and EGFmRNA in newborn rats with hypoxic -ischemic brain damage . Methods:HIBD model was established by Rice method .Rats were randomly divided into four groups:A-model group ,B-scalp cluster acupuncture group ,C-enriched environmental stimulation group and D -scalp cluster acupuncture combined with enriched environmental stimulation group .After 7 days,14 days and 21 days,ob-serve the effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combined with enriched environmental stimulation on synaptic ultra -structure and EGFmRNA by using addr .TEM and in situ hybridization ( ISH) .Results:D group was fine of syn-aptic ultrastructure and of the large number of synaptic vesicles and neuron mitochondria swelling significantly reduced.At the same time, in D group at the 14th day and the 21st day,the expression of EGFmRNA was obvi-ously higher than the same period in B group and C group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Scalp cluster acupuncture combined with enriched environmental stimulation could significantly reduce the damage of synaptic ultrastruc -ture by HI and increase the expression of EGFmRNA .关键词
