Intervention of Behavior and Brain Histomorphology after Experimental Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH) in Rats Treated by Electro-acupuncture(EA) at Different Time Points

Abstract
Objective:To study the intervention after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage ( ICH) in rats trea-ted by the electro-acupuncture ( EA) at different time points .Methods:192 rats were divided into normal con-trol group,sham operated group,ICH model group and EA group .Every group was divided into 6 h,24 h,72 h and 7 d subgroups .Produce the ICH models , evaluate the behavioral changes and observe the change of each rat's brain tissue appearance after the intervention .Results:Evaluate the behavioral changes before killing all the rats,there was no statistical significance between the subgroups ( P>0.05 );it was discovered that the model rat's brain tissue surrounding the hematoma was necrosis , containing lots of hemosiderin particles , phlegmasia cells infiltrated with the method of observation under light microscope .Compared with the model group ,the EA rats'damage was abatement , especially in the 6 h subgroup .Conclusion:The EA treatment at different time points ,especially the 6 h subgroups ,can lessen the dropsy of the brain tissue ,lighten the inflammatory reaction , protect the nerve cells and promote the function recovery of the brain tissue .关键词
