Abstract
Obj ective:To observe the clinically therapeutic effect on insomnia of phlegm -heat attacking inter-nally by ear acupoint bloodletting and acupuncture .Methods:Sixty -one cases were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n=31 ) and a control group ( n=30 ) .The treatment group was treated by ear acupoint blood-letting and acupuncture ,while the control group was treaded with acupuncture .Assess the clinical therapeutic effects on two groups after one course .Results:The total effective rate was 93.6% (29/31) in the treatment group and 76.7%(23/30)in the control group.After the treatment, the improvements of TCM symptom, sleep efficiency and daytime functional state in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group .Con-clusion:The ear acupoint bloodletting combined with acupuncture is better in the improvement of TCM symp -tom,sleep efficiency and daytime functional state .关键词
