Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect on the hemiplegic limb extensor spasticity af-ter stroke by electro -acupuncture at Huantiao point and Chengfu point .Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups , conventional group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases).The experimental group was used the therapy of electro -acupuncturing at Huantiao point and Chengfu point .The conventional group was used the therapy of electro -acupuncturing at the points that was commonly used in clinic .The treat-ment time of two groups was one month ,then compare two clinical efficacy .Results:After four courses of treat-ment ,the curative effect of the experimental group on the degree of spasm was similar to the conventional group , which had no statistical significance ( P>0 .05 ); after treatment both two groups could improve activities of daily living (ADL) score (P<0.05) and they had no difference between the curative effect (P>0.05).Con-clusion:Electro-acupuncturing at Huantiao point and Chengfu point can treat the hemiplegic limb extensor spasticity after stroke effectively and improve the patient's ability to live .关键词
