基于企业需求视角的高职学生工作价值观教育策略分析
The Strategy about the Higher Vocational Students ’ Work Values Education Based on the Perspective of Enterprises Needs

Abstract
The higher vocational students' work values education must butt"enterprises needs",The content about work values education of Machinery industry enterprises can be divided into four categories:the social level, the enterprise level, the team level, self. level. In addition to the traditional work values requirements such as meticulous、practical and hard-working. The new work values requirements of Machinery industry enterprises is cooperation, innovative and efficient. At present, there are huge gap on education content、objectives、ideas、and methods between the higher vocational college and the machinery industry enterprises. The higher vocational college should be development work values education content, organization of work values education by the cooperation between school and enterprise to realize the work values education extended to enterprises,Which can improve the work values education.关键词
