血清瘦素、癌组织瘦素受体在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其意义探讨
Serum leptin levels and tissue expression of leptin receptor in colorectal cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate serum leptin levels and tissue expression of leptin receptor and their association with clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Serum samples were col ected from 50 patients with colorectal cancer and 42 healthy subjects;tissue specimens of colorectal cancer and corresponding pericancerous mucosa were also col ected from patients. The serum leptin levels were measured by ELISA and the expression of leptin receptors were detect-ed by immunohistochemistry. Results Serum leptin concentrations of colorectal cancer patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls.Serum leptin levels were higher in patients with advanced stages than those in early stages, in patients with distant metastases than those without metastases, in patients with overweight than those with normal weight. However, there was no difference in serum leptin levels between male and female and between patients with different tumor differentiations..The expression of leptin receptor was higher in tumor tissue than that in pericancerous tissue, in patients with more advanced stage than in early stage;while the expression of leptin receptor was not associated with location and differentiation of tumor, and BMI of patients. Conclusion Leptin may be associated with the progress and metastasis of colorectal cancer, which may also be corre-lated with obesity of patients.关键词
