胃癌中表皮生长因子受体2蛋白的表达及其临床意义
Expression of HER2 in gastric carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) protein in gastric carci-noma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expression of HER2 was detected with immunohistochemical EnVi-sion method in 579 specimens of gastric carcinoma and 65 specimens of adjacent gastric tissue. Results The positive expres-sion rates of HER2 protein in gastric carcinomas and adjacent gastric tissues were 10.54%(61/579) and 0(0/65), respectively(P<0.01). The HER2 expression rate in intestinal type gastric carcinomas (17.90%) was significantly higher than that in diffuse type gastric carcinomas(4.18%) and mixed type gastric carcinomas(8.57%)(P<0.01). The expression rate of HER2 in wel and moder-ately- differentiated gastric carcinomas was significantly higher (14.91%) than that in poorly differentiated ones (6.58%)(P<0.01). No association was observed between HER2 expression and clinical stage, lymph nodes metastasis and serosal invasion (P>0.05). Conclusion HER2 expression is up- regulated in gastric carcinoma, particularly in intestinal type gastric carcinomas and wel and moderately- differentiated gastric carcinomas.关键词
