Abstract
Objective To review the application of salvaged blood autotransfusion in gynecological surgery for peritoneal bleeding and hemorrhagic shock. Methods Salvaged blood autotransfusion was performed in 95 patients with peritoneal bleeding and hemorrhagic shock by using the domestic 3000P blood recycle machine between February 2010 and December 2012. The change of blood RT and blood clotting function were observed 2d before and after the surgery. The germiculture was performed in recycled blood samples. Results The average recycled red blood cellsuspension transfused was 534.12±232.26 ml in 95 patients, and no blood transfusion reactions occurred. Conclusion During the gynecological surgery for peritoneal bleeding and hemorrhagic shock, automatic blood recycling machine provides a safe and effective application of blood auto-transfusion.关键词
