齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性Meta分析
Efficacy and safety of ziprasidone and olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia：a meta analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ziprasidone with olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Nineteen studies were included and analyzed. The differences in efficiency, cure rate, scale score and adverse re-actions for treatment of schizophrenia between ziprasidone and olanzapine were evaluated. Results There were no differ-ences in efficiency, cure rate, scale score for treatment of schizophrenia between ziprasidone and olanzapine. The adverse re-actions of ziprasidone were mainly insomnia, extrapyramidal symptoms, abnormal electrocardiogram; and those of olanzapine were mainly lethargy, weight gain, increased appetite, increased blood sugar; the differences were statistical y significant. Conclusion Ziprasidone and olanzapine both are effective drugs for schizophrenia with a similar efficacy and different adverse reactions.关键词
