ARID2在胰腺癌组织中表达的临床研究
Clinical study on expression of ARID2 in pancreatic carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To examine the expression level of ARID2 in pancreatic cancer and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect ARID2 expression in 60 pancreatic cancer tissue and tumor- adjacent tissue specimens. The correlation between ARID2 and clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of ARID2 expression was significantly lower in pancreatic cancer than in tumor- adjacent tissue (31.7%vs 76.6%, P<0.05). ARID2 expression was negatively correlated with tumor stage, differen-tiation, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05), but showed no significant correlation with sex, age, tumor size and location (P>0.05). Conclusion Down- regulation of ARID2 expression in pancreatic cancer may contribute to tumor metas-tasis and development. ARID2 might be a marker for favorable prognosis as a tumor suppressor, which may provide experimental basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.关键词
