摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of TGF-β1-induced epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) on the ex-pression of Wnt/β-catenin in signaling pathway in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. Methods EMT was induced by 5μg·mL-1 of TGF-β1 in SMMC-7721, and the mRNA and protein expressions of Wnt1,β-catenin and Vimen-tin were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results TGF-β1 can strongly induce the EMT in hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721, and the mRNA and protein expressions of Wnt1,β-catenin and Vimentin all remarkably increased (P<0.05). Conclusion EMT induced by TGF-β1 could promote the expression of Wnt/β-catenin in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721.
