脂联素在肺癌中作用的研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Adiponectin, a kind of adipocytokine which is secreted by adipose tissue, has important functions like anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerosis, regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and enhancing the body’s sensitivity to insulin. Nowadays its roles in the development of tumor are getting more and more attention. Latest research shows that the expression of adiponectin is low in lung cancer, even much lower in advanced lung cancer. The levels of Adiponectin may be connected with high invasive and metastatic characteristics of cancer. It could be used as an important indicator of disease progression of patients with lung cancer, and provide intervention targets and new therapeutic approach for the treatment of lung cancer. Here summarized was the research on its role in lung cancer.关键词
