化疗止吐药物的研究进展
The Progress of Chemotherapy Antiemetic Drugs
摘要
Abstract
Nausea and vomiting are the most frequent adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic agents. Severe vomiting may affect the efficacy of drugs by affecting the compliance of patients. The common chemotherapy antiemetic drugs include dopamine blockers, 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, NK-1 receptor antagonists and hormones. Meanwhile, Chinese herbal medi-cine play an important role in preventing vomiting caused by chemotherapy. In this essay, we reviewed the pharmacological mechanisms and security of the common antiemetics so as to provide a guidance for their clinical applications.关键词
