摘要

Abstract

Combination of normal phase silica gel column chromatography , MCI gel column chromatography and semi -preparative HPLC was used to separate and purify the chemical constituents of the leaves of Maytenus confertiflorus J.Y. Luo et X.X.Chen to yield five compounds .The structures of five isolated compounds were elucidated by NMR and MS spectra as canophyllol (1), friedelin (2), kaempferol (3), kaempferitrin (4) and daucosterol (5), in which compounds 2~5 were separated from this plant for the first time .
