安龙县德卧镇“金银花”质量分析与品种鉴别
Quality Analysis on Honeysuckle at Dewo Town,Anlong County
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the quality status of the Honeysuckle at Dewo town,Anlong county,Guizhou province, based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 201 0 edition and the Standards on the Foreign Trade for Green Industry to Medical Plants and Products in 2004 edition,the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin and the harmful heavy metals residues of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu and organochlorine pesticide BHC and DDT and PCNB on the Honeysuckle was tested.It was showed that the Honeysuckle had:2.5% chlorogenic acid,0.037% luteolin,0.32 mg/kg Pb,0.1 8 mg/kg Cd,0.21 mg/kg As, 0.1 5 mg/kg Hg,6.4 mg/kg Cu,and no contain of BHC,DDT and PCNB.These results indicated that the content of chloro-genic acid and heavy metals residues on the samples was in line with the provisions of the both standards.However,the luteolin content did not meet the minimum target of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.So the classification of the samples should be attributed to the type of Lonicera.关键词
