摘要

Abstract

The grape seed was used as raw materials to extract grape see technology of grape seed oil was optimized by orthogonal experimental design and the best extraction conditions were determined as following:pressure 30 MPa, temperature 45℃, time 60 mins. Under these conditions, the yield of crude oil was more than 16%. The extracted d oil by supercritical CO2 extraction technology. The extraction grape seed oil by supercritical CO2 was natural because no organic solvents were used during the process.
