宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗宫角妊娠的临床疗效观察
The Observation of Clinical Effect for Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic in Treatment of Cornual Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prognosis of laparoscopic and hysteroscopic in treatment of cornual pregnancy.Method:To retrospectively analyze 21 cases of cornual pregnancy which received laparoscopic and hysteroscopic.Result:21 cases received hysteroscopic curettage successfully without any pregnancy tissue.There was no any complication happened.All the patients’ serumβ-hCG,menstruation and B-mode ultrasonography declined to normal in two month.In the following,two patients got pregnancy.Conclusion:The laparoscopic and hysteroscopic can make for the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy,it is safe and effective for the treatment of cornual pregnancy and with good clinical prospect.关键词
